How our guides are made
Every Vetofast care guide goes through the same five steps before you read it. Here is what happens, including where we use AI tools.
We start with real questions
We choose questions that pet parents in Bangladesh actually ask: what people search for, what they ask on Ask a vet, and what the season brings, such as heat stroke in summer or ticks in the rainy season.
Our team prepares a draft, with help from AI tools
The Vetofast team prepares the first draft. AI tools help us find and read sources and write that draft. Nothing is published until it has passed the next two steps.
Our editorial check
We open and read every source the draft relies on, and we remove any claim we cannot trace to one. We check that the words are plain, that the advice fits what pet parents in Bangladesh can do and buy, and that nothing could harm a pet. Each guide lists the references we consulted.
A veterinarian reviews and approves it
A registered veterinarian whose BVC registration we have checked reads the guide for facts, safety and Bangladesh practice. If they ask for changes, we make them. The guide is published only after they approve it, and their name and the date go on the guide.
We keep it up to date
We review every guide at least once a year; each guide shows when it was last reviewed and when the next review is due. If you find an error, write to hello@vetofast.com and we will correct it.
What we never do
- Publish paid contentNo clinic, company or product pays for a guide or shapes what it says.
- Rate or rankWe never rate or rank products, clinics or vets.
- Give medicine dosesOnly a vet who has examined your pet can choose a medicine and its dose.
- Replace a visit to a vetA guide helps you understand. If your pet is unwell, see a vet.
